Hello, my name is Salomé. I'm specialised in sustainable housing renovation and as a real estate in the charming region of Valencia in Spain.

 

I decided to create Ekoforia S.L. to improve your quality of life in your home while respecting our beautiful environment. With the support of a network of competent professionals, I'm dedicated to provide you the best solutions as a consultant, designer and project manager.


​I'm assisting you all along your real estate project from the acquisition to the complete renovation: Search for a quality property, advices on property value increase, diagnosis of the building, estimation of works, interior design, renovation project, energy improvement, supervision and management of the construction site, Feng Shui, etc.

 

Originally from Belgium, I studied architecture in Brussels, renovated severals properties across Europe and worked in the prestigious real estate sector on the Costa Brava. The diversity of my experience allows me to have an expert eye in all aspects of the residential area.
 

In 2020, I have acquired a property 25km from Valencia in order to renovate it into a quality housing. The house combines low energy consumption and contemporary comfort. I invite you to discover this little piece of paradise, as an example of my skills and services.

That's where I come in, adopting a holistic approach to your home, so that together we can create a harmonious home that suits you. I adapt myself to your needs, your budget and your desires, then I take advantage of the property and its environment, and finally I improve it with sustainable and comfort solutions.

To provide well-being I use, for example, more abstract solutions (such as Feng Shui, orientation study, etc.) as well as more pragmatic ones (such as reducing heat loss, ergonomics, etc.) or solutions that respect our planet (such as rainwater recovery, the use of renewable energy, etc.) In "quality housing", you can see the aspects I take into account when developing your project.

Depending on the scale and needs of your project, I work with reliable professionals (lawyers, architects, real estate agents, builders, etc.). I remain your unique intermediary to ensure that the project is managed harmoniously and in your best interests.
